In short: joining the Freelime waitlist is free and doesn't oblige you to buy anything. Freelime isn't on sale and may never be. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

Who runs the waitlist

The Freelime waitlist and this website are run by E.S.M.H Consulting FZE, a Free Zone Establishment at Al Shmookh Business Center, One UAQ, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates, with trade license no. 8630, issued by the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone Authority. Managing Director: Max Roeck.

What the waitlist is

• Freelime is a time tracker for the Mac menu bar. It isn't on sale, and nothing on this website is an offer to sell it.
• Joining the waitlist is free. No payment is taken, and joining doesn't oblige you to buy Freelime.
• By joining, you tell us you're interested in Freelime, and you consent to us emailing you about Freelime and the waitlist, as described in the Privacy notice.

If and when Freelime is released

• We haven't decided whether to sell Freelime, and it may never be released. Whether it is depends, among other things, on how many people join the waitlist.
• There's no release date and no price. If and when Freelime goes on sale, we'll announce the price, the system requirements and the terms of sale before anyone can buy it.
• Buying would be a separate decision, under the terms shown at that time. Being on the waitlist doesn't reserve a copy, a price or a discount.
• This website describes Freelime as it is today. Features may change before any release.

Your entry

• Please sign up with your own email address. The two questions in the form are optional.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time: email freelime@esmhconsulting.com and we'll remove your entry.
• We may close the waitlist at any time, for example if we decide not to release Freelime. What happens to entries is described in the Privacy notice.

Sign-up through Whop

The sign-up form is provided by Whop. Signing up through Whop means accepting Whop's Buyer Terms of Service (opens in a new tab), which apply to your use of Whop. Whop handles what you enter under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab); see also our Privacy notice.

The content of this website is provided as is, for information. We take care that it's accurate, but we don't guarantee that it's complete, current or free of errors. Names, tickets and amounts in the screenshots are sample data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. This doesn't take away any protection you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if the waitlist changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
